1 for English team and 1 for Japanese team  

Requirements
1．    Frequent English or Japanese skill in both spoken and written
2．    Be familiar with Shanghai, team leader should be very familiar with shanghai real estate market with working experience one year plus 
3．    Strong customer oriented, work smart and work hard
4．    Excellent communication, negotiation and PR skill
5．    Team spirit, each member is a good team player, those leaders should have strong leadership
